TEAM WORKOUTS & FITNESS CLASSES

Join a St Kilda gym class and train or learn a new way to keep fit with our champion and expert trainers. Training with partners in classes is a great way to make new friends, develop new experiences and keep fit, lean and strong. With guidance from expert professional trainers you will be able to push your limits in a safe and controlled environment. We encourage all South Side Fitness members to join teams and classes to try new things and develop new skills.

COMMANDO CIRCUIT
HIIT

A high-intensity full body workout utilizing ALL muscle groups in a functional and fun way, others have Cross-Fit and HITT training we have Commando! We focus on strength, mobility, and movement.

BOXING

Our Boxing Classes are structured in 2min rounds and every class has both guys and girls training and is suitable for all level. This is great for people who get bored on a treadmill!

MUAY THAI
TRAINING

Our Thai Boxing training has both guys and girls, and is suitable for all levels. Our ‘No Ego’ approach means everyone leaves feeling like a champion. Ideal for fat loss, fitness, and flexibility.

BRAZILLIAN
JIU JITSU

Known as ground fighting and derived from such Martial Arts and Self Defense Sports as Judo, Wrestling, Aikido and Traditional Jiu-Jitsu.

ZUU

Experience high-intensity primal movement training to gain a greater understanding and control of your body. This is next level animalistic training.
