Commando Circuit is a Strength and Conditioning program, constantly varied, High Intensity, Functional Movement.


BRAZILIAN JIU JITSU:

  • 7pm Tuesday / Thursday, 5pm ‘FreeTrain’ Monday / Wednesday / Friday, Sat 10am

A martial art, combat sport, and self defense system that focuses on grappling and especially ground fighting.


BOXING:

  • 6am Tuesday / Thursday as well… 6pm Tuesday / Thursday *with Conditioning Saturday 9am

Boxing is a martial art and combat sport in which two people engage in a contest of strength, speed and reflexes, endurance and will by throwing punches with gloved hands.


MUAY THAI:

  • 6pm Monday / Wednesday / Friday, *with Conditioning Saturday 9am

Muay Thai is “The art of eight weapons” because it is characterized by the combined use of fists, elbows, knees, shins and feet, being associated with a good physical preparation that makes a full-contact fight very efficient.
