A high intensity full body workout utilizing ALL muscle groups in a functional and fun way, others have Cross-Fit and HITT training we have Commando! Derived from Special Forces Pre-entry fitness preparation, this High intensity Full Body Workout will have you competing with yourself for Reps and time Personal Bests, Combining Cardio and Full Functional Training this type of training will bring the best out of you. Give it a go, No yelling no screaming (well not from the Specialist instructor anyway…) just a Full on hardcore workout in a group!
